Sarah’s sessions are supportive, welcoming, dynamic, playful, experiential and deeply authentic. Her approach blends process-oriented psychology, eco-psychotherapy, mindfulness and awareness practices, internal family systems, somatic psychotherapies and creative arts therapy.
